Should you need to either purchase or indeed sell a property I can highly recommend contacting Karen Van Der Stelt at L.J Hooker. We have just purchased a property and were fortunate enough to meet Karen who we found, at all times to be very knowledgeable regarding the areas we preferred to live.,the facilities in the areas. Karen was very professional and extremely understanding of all we required when purchasing our property It was a pleasure to deal with her as she was always quietly direct and led each negotiation with tact and consideration of both parties. That I think is a very rare talent, I hope her employers are aware of this very special gift. Thank you for your patience and your knowledge.
Karen and her team were knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive. She made the process of buying our investment property a breeze. She understood the needs of both parties involved. Thank you
A very smooth, fast process! Karen is patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Karen and Megan were prompt in their replies and to follow up on any enquires we had.
Thank you, great work selling my cabin. Very professional and excellent service all round.
I met Karen through another LJ Hooker agent who was selling the place we put a deposit on. Karen remained very calm even though at times things were extremely stressful. Megan (Karen's P.A) was just lovely, as was Steve. Thank you to an Amazing team of beautiful people😊
It has been an absolute pleasure having Karen represent us. She is very professional and is always available. She always kept us well informed throughout the process. She has dimly been excellent!!
Karen was great to deal with as was her assistant Megan. All correspondences were prompt and clear. Thank you
Karen and the team were professional & helpful and got us over the line in a difficult time to sell.
Karen was very responsive to requests and queries I had and throughout the process very easy to deal with.
We contacted Karen and only had a window of an afternoon. Karen was able to meet us (moon boot and all), assess our property and had it on the market the next day. We were well informed of the progression of the sale and the sale was completed in a timely manner.
