I have bought and sold over 25 properties and never had an agent better than Karen. It's the first time I felt an agent was "on my side" and her communication skills were outstanding. I was never left wondering where things were at as Karen gave me valuable feedback from every potential buyer who viewed my property positioning my sale perfectly within the market for a quick sale. By the way, I live interstate so it was even more important to have someone I could trust. I highly recommend Karen to anyone, a pleasure to deal with.
