How to describe his performance. (His conservatively disturbing tie collection not-with-standing… Really...they'll make you laugh) First the challenges he faced... Property in one of the most remote townships in Tasmania, Existing property in direct competition with far newer constructions, In the worst possible season for real estate, when the only difference between the weather and an apocalyptic meteor strike is the heavy metal soundtrack. For a client who doesn't even live in the same state, In an alternately designed and uniquely quirky property, ...and his results? Sold it in 6 working days, only 3 working days after signing the contract, and sold for an amount 3.71% greater than expected. My partner of 11 years was so impressed that I have had to physically restrain her to prevent her from stalking him relentlessly like a menopausal terminator and creating an army of little Karl hybrids. (Even I was tempted...) Seriously speaking, Karl is a phenomenal real estate agent; quiet, thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable and reasonable in his and setting your, expectations; and most surprisingly, honourable in his dealings.
