I found Karl to be professional, good humoured and patient. I have bought and sold three houses, the third I sold through Harcourts. I am glad I found Harcourts because I was treated well. Phone messages were always replied to, the staff were very polite and I felt welcome when visiting the office. I would always recommend to any friends, who want to sell, that they go to Harcourts. Our purchase was quite fast, so we saw more of Karl's assistant, Colby, than we did Karl (She was fantastic to deal with as well). We can't recommend Karl highly enough. As buyers you always have to remember that the agent is working for their client and looking out for their best interests. Karl managed to to this for his client whilst still keeping in touch with us to help us find a our new home. He went up and beyond to keep us in the loop on new listings and was extremely flexible and helpful organizing viewings. Once we found the home we wanted he did everything possible help the process flow. A big thank you to him and Colby... if we ever are in the market for property again our first call will be to Karl.
