I agree with the comments of others with respect to the professionalism and communication provided by Karl. At all times he kept me informed as to the progress of my offer (which was concurrent with that from another potential buyer!!). I found Karl to be genuine in his dealings and would not hesitate to either recommend him or engage him in the future.
