He has also been ably supported by his staff who have delivered a good service. If I was to be super critical, I would suggest that Karl should remain present in conversations with his client and get into their world of what's important to them. This is easier said than done in a world where we load ourselves up with a lot of work. However, it would make a difference to the quality or the level of the service that he delivers.
