Karl recently helped us sell our property in Brisbane , it was a bit of a drawn out process due to the fact that the first buyer had committed to the sale but then backed out at the last minute but Karl took it in his stride and pushed forward with a strategy to get the apartment sold and that he did and a very attractive price as well .
