Karl is very good on communicating with his client. I have received many texts and calls to assure me everything was under control, which has proved to be the case. He has also been ably supported by his staff who have delivered a good service. If I was to be super critical, I would suggest that Karl should remain present in conversations with his client and get into their world of what's important to them. This is easier said than done in a world where we load ourselves up with a lot of work. However, it would make a difference to the quality or the level of the service that he delivers.
