I first met Karl back in September when my house was on the market for sale and my wife and I were evaluating the market for downsizing our property with a specific wish list. We inspected more than to 25 homes until we chose the Quambone Street property. At our first meeting I specified to Karl I did not wish to participate in an endless bargaining exercise and I gave him an honest budget to work to and a direct opinion of available properties. At our first meeting Karl presented a few properties for inspection and, I felt every inspection gave Karl a clearer understanding of the type of property we were searching for. On a Friday in mid November Karl called me and informed me of a house that that had just become available, the first Open House would be the next day and my wife and I were first inspectors on that Saturday, by Sunday we made an offer on the house after 2 days of negotiations the deal was completed.
