Karl is extremely professional but also caring and personal in his dealings. We were selling and purchasing at the same time and had a few hiccups along the way, Karl always kept us informed of what was going on and made a very stressful time as easy as possible for us, going above and beyond when we needed him to and always being available, thank you Karl :)
