We presented Karl with a property tenanted until October, that we wanted to sell, so we were unsure if a sale would be possible. Karl developed a three phase plan for us to achieve a sale, we really believed we would have to wait until the lease ended. However, Karl sold the property off market within two weeks, for a higher price than we expected, and with he tenant in place. We wouldn't have asked for more, the process was seamless, communication between parties was amazing and all expectations were exceeded.
