Let me start, by saying I trust Real Estate Agents about as much as a used car salesman, They typically, over-value your property to get the listing, promise you the world, then slowly begin working you, to bring the price down. Karl is not that agent. The house went online on Tuesday, first open home on Thursday, received multiple offers Friday, then sold after only 4 days! What can sometimes be a stressful situation, was dealt with calmly and efficiently by Karl and his team. I have no regrets listing with Karl
