I found Karl to be professional, a clear and concise communicator. He quickly organised trades people to get house ready for sale within reasonable timeframes. I felt he demonstrated significant experience and was able to provide a good rationale for his valuation and approach to marketing. Karl had our block of land in Mount Sheridan under contract in 5 days and negotiated a higher sales price than expected. The marketing of our block was very well done.

We currently live overseas and heading back home early 2023 and have been property hunting since mid 2021. We have dealt with so many real estate agents and no one really cared about our situation because we were living overseas and just ignored us and will take days to reply to emails and would only contact us if the property did not have enough interest.
