Since I have known you Karl for many years I was convinced you were the best person for the job. And we are very grateful to have sold the house, even though it was well below the price we were told to expect. I think we were most surprised by some of the feedback we received from some of our friends and potential buyers .... when they looked through: the agent seemed distracted; or remained talking to one potential buyer and ignored others; or was overheard promoting other houses instead of ours. The buyer actually told George that he wasn't impressed with your tranparency about the house or us when he was asking questions. No sure what that was about? So while we were concerned in the end we sold, but any of these could have been a reason we ended up with less money. All in all we just needed to move on and are very pleased you helped us to achieve that.

We started our "selling" journey with two known agents in our price point, without success. Karl's team were our next option, and we started the process with Matt. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, Andrea joined forces with us and managed to bring a contract to us to our great delight. The Buyer had many demands that challenged both our amazing agent Andrea and ourselves. While the " destination" is a successfully completed sell, it is said that it is the journey that we all should recognise. Andrea made herself available to assist us above and beyond her role, much driven to both owners either being overseas, and interstate. Andrea ensured she kept us informed at each step along the way, and provided support and assistance to meet the expectations of the potential buyer and ourselves. As we understood it, Karl was provinding mentorship along the way, and Harriet and Cathy were looking after our adminstrative needs, all duplicated due to the overseas challenges. My background is Customer service, and therefore can be demanding when judging service levels. Without an hesitation we highly commend/ recommend the level of service provided by all of the Elite Team during our selling journey. It is challenging to put a team together that ensure their customers needs are met, and they are made to feel that no request, or question is an inconvenience.
