When we make a decision to sell, we want a result. In the past, using the wrong agent has made the process an expensive, unproductuve nightmare. From previous experience, I have learned two things: 1. You need an agent that can honestly and accurately appraise the value of the property you are selling. Get this wrong, and your advertising expenses are a waste of money. 2. Your agent needs to be able to identify a buyer that is capable of, and genuinely willing to complete the contract. Get this wrong, and the expensive advertising cycle repeats. Karl and his team do these two things well. I sold my property for a good price, in less than two months.
