I usually don't take the time to complete these types of activities but in Karl's case i have made an exception. We sold our property within two weeks of the first opening. However this is not the main reason for my recommendation for Karl. Prior to the sale Karl was very open and honest about what repairs and upgrades were required. He made sure we invested our money wisely and got true value for money. Karl was always open and honest about the strengths and limitations of the property and the market at that point in time. He also went above and beyond to support us by travelling to us and prompting us (gently!) when things were falling behind. I would highly recommend Karl to any prospective buyer.
