Karl recently handled the sale of my grandmother's home after the passing of her husband, fulfilling every expectation and more along the way. With Nan in her 80s and most of the family living away, we knew that the choice of agent was critical in this case, with the ability of the agent to empathise and work in with Nan just as important as their market knowledge and negotiation skills.
