From the moment we viewed the property Karl was more then accommodating to our needs he let us freely walk throughout the house to get the right feel he then suggested we come back for a second viewing with the kids which I thought was a great idea. Even during building and pest requirements I put Karl right on the spot about entry so that it could be done the next day and he was more then accommodating to our needs. Even when I didn’t understand things Karl took his time out to explain everything properly. If I was buying further properties I would certainly go through premierre group again and hope I got Karl again.
