From beginning to end Karl Smith was very professional. The property took longer to sell because of the market at the time but Karl hung in there consistently putting in 100% in getting the sale for me. Very happy with the experience. I would use him again and recommend him to friends in his area.

Unfortunately Karl doesn’t get a good review from us. We actually purchased our property from Aimee Goss, who went above and beyond to ensure for a smooth purchase of our first home. Our pre settlement inspection was non existent due to a lack of communication from the office, Aimee was suddenly unwell and we were not notified, but we still showed up. I rang the office and spoke with Karl who was so unprofessional, abrupt and spoke of the lack of communication from Aimee’s end. This had nothing to do with us, but we were left standing outside for sometime and there was no apology from Karl. I would not recommend him at all. I Also certainly do not appreciate being asked to provide him with a positive, 5 star testimonial..
