False information and poor contact

When purchasing a property was told by realtor that Body Corp would be fixing issues. Body corp explained that no application had been received to correct issues and was owner’s responsibility not body corp. despite showing interest in making an offer on the property at the open home I had to contact the realtors partner multiple times to make offer.
