Karter is a man to his word. Every dealing with Karter was professional, and he considered my needs all the way through from pre-listing the property, when the property was listed and open for inspection, then finally with the pre-sale negotiations and settlement. If Karter said he was going to do something, he did. So many agents say they will do something, and then don't. Karter was well prepared with market expectations when it was time to list the property on the market. I first reached out to Karter on a potential sale towards the end of last year and outlined my planned dates etc. He showed a keen understanding of where the market was at, and considered my proposed sale dates. His good advice enabled me to list the property on the market, at a timing that worked for me. Karter clearly communicated to me the process, listing timeframes, when there would be open house inspections etc. This enabled me to present the property in the best condition possible, at the time it went onto the market. I have nothing but high praise for Karter. He certainly knows what he is doing, and was enjoyable to work with. I was happy with the end result from the sale of this property. In total the property was on the market for one weekend, with settlement occurring 1 month after it first went on the market. What more can I say. I've bought and sold many properties over the years and Karter would have to be one of the best agents I've dealt with.
