Karter is a man to his word. Every dealing with Karter was professional, and he considered my needs all the way through from pre-listing the property, when the property was listed and open for inspection, then finally with the pre-sale negotiations and settlement. If Karter said he was going to do something, he did. So many agents say they will do something, and then don't. Karter was well prepared with market expectations when it was time to list the property on the market. I first reached out to Karter on a potential sale towards the end of last year and outlined my planned dates etc. He showed a keen understanding of where the market was at, and considered my proposed sale dates.
