My experience is all right but not delightful. I wanted to inspect the house with the building inspector and noticed to agent early. When I arrived on the inspection tenant refused and claimed that tenant has not been informed. This was shocking experience as tenant was not professional either. Also I had an interaction with the agency for previous property where I emailed (Friday) the signed contract twice but agency said they did not receive it. I sent SMS(Saturday) asking they receive the offer and asked me to call on Monday. Called on Monday twice no answer and later on the day when I got hold, I was told offers have been already submitted to the seller and mine was not received. There has been poor communication and I hope these will be improved. Agency still use paper based offers where as many other agents use electronic. Having online system would be very convenient

I recently purchased a house from her in Augustine heights. From a buyers point of view, it was an awful service I received from Karyn Fairbanks. First of all, I was told a plenty of lies about the current condition of the property and the appliances. Secondly, pre settlement conditions were not met and the she disappeared from the settlement conversation and pushed to receive the house as it is without the conditions met. Thirdly, the behaviour before and after the contract signing was highly contrasting. I expected more honesty and transparency from her. Don’t recommend to future property buyers.
