Karyn was very professional. She was kind and worked well with a difficult tenant to facilitate inspections and open homes. She had good market and local knowledge. Communication could be improved but otherwise achieved a good result.

For health reasons we needed to sell our property as soon as possible and when we met Karen we knew that we would not need to call another agent as her knowledge of the market was excellent and she understood our situation and never attempted to take advantage of the urgency but instead went to work on advertising an open house in 2 days and on the 3rd day she presented us with a contract of sale at an acceptable price and settlement time. We have sold quite a few homes in our lives but have never met anyone with the amount of market & client knowledge or as professional as Karyn.
