Very difficult to contact her. We planned to have a handover a key around 4-4.30pm, however on the settlement day she said she is too busy, and I have to wait until 6.30pm to collect my key to the property. I took specially some one off to be able to come for4pm so I can prepare the flat for removalists. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get to my property. Such inconvenience and waste of my time

I first contacted Karyn over a year ago as I started to plan selling my investment properties going into retirement. She provided very useful feed back as to current market, price and demand. Unlike other agents we contacted she did not pressure us to list straight away or claim she had potential investors falling over each other to buy. As it was not an urgent sale we put it on hold for a year, with that in mind I kept her contact details.
