I cannot feel a fair customer service in general, Kate kept pushing to increase the comm %. At a point, her tune n voice made me depressed with the rate that we agreed. She also conversed that I paid only $20k n tried to compare my deal with her other customer (what on earth is it, it's still a significant figure to me) When the deal is agreed by both parties, the agent should perform with due professionalism.
