I carried out a 'vendor advocacy' for my property, interviewing 3 x local, experienced, Real Estate Agents & Kate stood out, head & shoulders above the other choices at the end. Kate was far more diligent, prepared more market & sale information I had requested, had superior following up & communication skills & just wanted the business, and her tenacity proved invaluable for the end result in achieving a premium price. Kate & her team including Phoebe were very professional & well organised leading up to the sale & assisted with co-ordinating painting, new carpet, repairs & improvements, furniture styling etc prior to going to market to have the property very well presented. Kate is quick and proactive. She gives regular updates on the number of inspections and offers. But with low supply and demand increasing, we should have waited a little longer and Kate would have achieved a better price.
