Brimming with confidence, courtesy and care, Kate's optimism made us feel the sale was in good hands. And Kate was also the one who brought the right buyer to inspect our home after just a few weeks on the market. We'd had offers close to the price we wanted, but (with help from David Lazarus) Kate delivered the buyer and secured the price that made us say "SOLD!" Then she delivered the champagne! What a girl!
