We had been quietly looking for a new house for over a year when Kate approached us with an off-the-market property. We arrived to view the house and fell in love instantly! Kate knew exactly what we were looking for and had matched us to the house. Her calm yet informative manner made the process stress free for all parties involved. Her communication throughout the sale was second to none, and so often her follow up emails would reach us before we even got home. I never had to follow up Kate, and she was warm, welcoming and a breeze to deal with. The finer details (such as helping match paint colours!!) went above and beyond the standard service. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kate, and feel so blessed she found us our home.
