Kate helped the reviewer sell this property

Thanks Kate for your enthusiasm and success in selling our home

Kate Gale is down to earth, honest and so hard working. I couldn’t have had anyone more dedicated to selling our property. She presented solid research into sales history and valuations and accessed the right people to prepare the property. There was plenty of interest over a three week campaign which resulted in multiple offers, with a successful outcome. She presented the property well, priced it right, consistently gave professional advice and feedback. She was always available and totally involved in the whole process right through to settlement, nothing was too much trouble. I don’t hesitate in recommending Kate Gale
