I did not go searching for Raine and Horne nor Kate Quinlivan, rather Kate introduced herself to me through other circumstances. She entered my home and observed both it and myself with absolute professionalism and decorum with, when leaving, the throw away comment "I have a house for you, Joan Marshall". I did not take Kate up on this comment for many weeks, however when I finally viewed 59 Blairs Road I was blown away not only with the property but by Kate's perception of what would suit me, she had it just so right. I have enjoyed a minimum of stress in my dealings with Kate and can now only repeat words I have said to others "she is a class act". Despite the prospective purchasers declaring their final offer, Kate negotiated a better price for our property after several days of negotiating. This was done with the minimum of effort and stress on our part with only regular updates on where the sale was at.
