About Kate

Kate started her real estate career with Raine & Horne Batemans Bay in 2006 with a traineeship in Certificate III in Property completing with a distinction. Beginning in reception where she gained customer service skills led her to join the holiday property management department where her experience in the industry grew. With her passion and eye on the sales department, Kate began working as a Buyer Specialist. This enabled her to work closely with buyers to find them their little piece of paradise on the coast. Whilst getting 'on-the-job' experience, Kate also studied Real Estate. She completed Certificate IV in Property and now holds a Real Estate License along with being an accredited auctioneer, and specialises in Residental Real Estate Sales. Kate received Raine & Horne's Rookie of the Year award for NSW and ACT in 2011. At the 2014 South Coast Awards Kate was awarded 7th place for the Top Salesperson Award for $ value and number of sales. Kate has a bubbly personality and enjoys working with people. She is a motivated, enthusiastic agent with a fresh approach.

Helpful and Honest!

Kate was amazing in selling our house, from the first meeting to exchange of contracts Kate and Clarinda were both very responsive, professional and had great communication putting our minds at ease. Our initial buyer pulled out the day of exchange and due to Kate and Clarinda's extensive network and buyers we had a new accepted offer the very next day. We would highly recommend.

Helpful and Professional

We could not have asked for a better Agent than Kate, she has been so friendly, warm, welcoming and so very helpful. We where kept up to date with all available houses that matched what we where looking for. Nothing was ever to much trouble, house walk troughs where arranged for times that suited us. This house purchase was a very smooth process thanks to the professional service we received and the excellent local area knowledge was a huge benefit.
