You couldn't want more in someone handling the sale or purchase of a property.. Kate not only exceeded what other agents said was unachievable she did it in the utmost efficient manner. I tailored her delivery of information depending on my workload and she nailed that too. (she even made me do a selfie with her in front on the sold sign, (which is definitely not me) Cheesy yes, but it's rare to find passion like that)
