What can I say? Would I engage in Kates services again? ABSOLUTELY!! Kate has been our selling agent twice. On both occasions she has gone above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Like most businesses, communication is the key and it makes all the difference. Working as our agent, Kate made the process as easy and as stress free as she possibly could, but also went out of her way to assist our buyers as much as possible. If Kate was unavailable, Nicole her PA was fully aware of the status of our sale. It is unfortunate that not all agents/agencies provide this OUTSTANDING service. Thank you guys! Jane and Stuart
