Kate Radcliffe is simply one of a kind, there are simply not enough words to describe Kate's beautiful, kind, friendly approach to selling one of the biggest assets you'll ever own...your house! She was honest and upfront from the word go and that is exactly why we liked her, there was no "sugar coating" the reality that is realestate. She was positive the whole way through and always had a smile on her face, we had a lot of laughs together which lightened an extremely emotional process. She never left any stone unturned and did everything and I mean EVERYTHING possible to get our house sale over the line. One of Kate's biggest priorities is to make sure that her vendors are "coping ok" throughout the whole process , she exceeded that by far with us..truly. When it came down to the nitty gritty of negotiation she never pushed us , never rushed us and always made sure that if we signed that dotted line we would walk away happy with the outcome... Kate exceeded our selling experience on every level. Firstly, she achieved a fantastic result and sold our home at a new record price for residential properties in Pakenham. Her masterstroke was in recognising the value in such a unique property and consequently not beginning the sales campaign with a suggested price indication. Although such a strategy would seldom be relevant, it demonstrates the depth of Kate's marketing insight and her ability to tailor it to each individual property. We would recommend her to anyone considering selling, whatever the value of their property. Kate oversaw the photography and internet marketing all to great effect and when she delivered us the glossy brochure it was so stunning that it almost convinced us to stay! Sure, we initially had other agencies appraise the property, they were all professional and persuasive but we went with Kate. Throughout the marketing and inspection process Kate regularly enquired as to how we were coping. Her 'human side' was the icing on the cake that simply confirmed we had made the correct choice.
