Kate was the only person that could sell this house. This home had a challenging position across the road from a petrol station, a major 3 way intersection and illegal back veranda. I purchased this house for $430,000 placed $20k renovation costs into it and she sold it for $525,000. Making a $50k profit. A great result and I would highly recommend her services.
