Kate's knowledge of the market and our local area was impressive. She has great communication skills and responded quickly to any contact that we made, even out of hours. Selling the house that we built 52 years ago was a big decision however Kate and her team have made the experience exciting rather than daunting.

In the space of a few short weeks Gypsy and Kate enabled us to not only purchase our dream home, but also sold our two existing homes. The whole experience was quite seamless and an very smoothly.

The estimated sale price was over 30% out (inflated) despite other agents being exactly what it ended up selling for. The marketing program was a mess, at times no one in the office knew what was going on was promised drone shots included in the package they forgot them. When I brought it to their attention they lied about why they forgot them so when they did get them done days latter there was only ONE drone shot which they ended up charging us extra for! Massively overcharged us from all the initial written quotes. Way too many lies told. Gave them every opportunity to correct their mistakes but they were not willing to listen just made up more lies.
