Kate never contacted me unnecessarily and at all times was concise however she was always available if needed. We ran a short campaign of our property with an amazing result. Special mention to Anthony the auctioneer who was very witty and had the ability to make buyers feel relaxed whilst conducting a professional auction. I am very disappointed with the service that was provided by Kate when my husband and I purchased an investment property. The house keys were not provided in one bunch so we had to come back to pick it up the second bunch at the Harcourt office again, and this took our time. The house was very dirty, eg ots of dust everywhere, dust in the fan in the bathroom, inside the heater wall, cigarette smell, inside the oven was very yuck, which I'm sure all of these should be cleaned up deeply before selling the house. She rang me only for asking about the loan approval without friendly nature. Lucky, we had already got a property rental manager that we have been working with for a few years, so I didn't need to say 'Yes' when Kate offered us to use Harcourt for managing this investment property. This is not the first time we bought a property and from my previous experience, the property manager always served us with friendly nature and professionalism.
