My husband and I asked Kate to sell my Fathers house in Salisbury, as he is unable to occupy the house anymore. Kate and her team were efficient, well organised and turned up on time at all appointments. I was reasonably happy but a bit disappointed as it felt that she was on the side of the buyer rather than me when we had to push her to ask for a bit more money even when she had earlier intimated it may be possible. So I think I did well but I am not sure. To be fair the on line data supported taking the first open offer. I would recommend her for someone wanting a fair quick sale but maybe not someone only focused on getting the maximum offer possible which is not always realistic.
