Kate’s knowledge of the local area is extensive. No one could have foreseen a pandemic but it did complicate the process. With hindsight going to auction was an unmitigated disaster. The usual marketing process was compromised and the usual parameters were absent. However, Kate maintained open communication with me throughout the process. I was sceptical about the conditional contract we were offered but all credit to Kate she “made” it happen
