Originally a Londoner, Kate has lived in the Bayside area since 1987 & is passionate about the local lifestyle and culture. “Being so close to so many beautiful beaches makes you feel as though you're on holiday the moment you finish work”. Having brought up three boys in the area & educated them at local schools, Kate also believes there is no better place to raise a family.
