Kate Smith and her team at Raine & Horne, Semaphore did a fantastic job. Her advice and experience in our area was invaluable as it gave us the information we needed to make decisions on the selling process, the timing of sales, how to set the price and what needed to be done to our home. Her experienced team advised on how we should set up our home before an open inspection and her photographer took great photos.
