Kate went to extraordinary lengths to help me with the sale of my father's house. Already fragile from losing my father, organising a funeral and having driven interstate to do this, Kate was exemplary. She had contacts for any services I needed (cleaners, building inspectors etc). She was communicative, helpful and ,to me, a lifesaver.
