We have recently purchased our forever home through Kate. After a few false starts with other agents we have found Kate to be a joy to deal with. She has always been available to answer any questions we’ve had, and never rushed us through properties- giving us ample time to view & revisit properties we were interested in. Happy to recommend Kate to others
Kate really went above and beyond to help us sell our house under the toughest of circumstances - in the middle of the covid19 pandemic! She came to us thoroughly prepared and with great knowledge of our local area. She was honest and matter of fact with us from the start, and gave us realistic expectations. Kate's tips and insights helped us sell our house for the right price and in the right time frame. We could not be happier with our choice of agent and will be recommending Kate to all our friends and family wanting to sell.
Kate was professional, efficient and spot on the money! She provided useful and guided advice and we obtained a great result. We are more than pleased - thank you Kate.
Kate was very down to earth and was exceptional at finding the perfect house for us. Kate’s communication skills and her knowledge of the area was outstanding. Thanks Kate for making this process stress free and enjoyable!
Selling our house, with Kate as our agent, was an excellent decision. She has extensive experience and knowledge of the local market, great attention to detail, and gave us confidence in what we were aiming for market-wise, despite the anticipated Covid-19 downturn in buyer confidence. Kate is always professional, focussed, and has been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
We thoroughly recommend Kate to assist in either the buying or selling process. Kate undertakes her work in a professional and transparent manner and is a calming influence in what is normally a high pressured scenario. She has extensive market knowledge and we valued her support with the transaction.
Kate was adept at communicating with me at each stage of the selling of my house. Her selling skills enabled me to get a price that exceeded my expectations. Kate obviously has contacts with many prospective customers to enable her to target marketing and reduce time needed to sell.
Nancye and I have known Kate for many years, and have recommended her to many of our East Blaxland Newsagency customers, so when it came time for us to sell our family home, we knew Kate was the agent for us. The sale of our home coincided with the start of COVID-19, but this didn't faze Kate. She helped style our home so it appealed to the widest range of buyers. Kate used her vast network of contacts to offer private inspections, and also did a targeted advertising campaign on Facebook. In just weeks, Kate sold our home to a lovely couple and we are so happy. Kate met our every need - she worked so hard for us. If you need an honest, hardworking, professional agent to sell you home, Kate is it!
Kate is an outstanding real estate agent. What a great experience we have had buying our home in Winmalee. Having bought and sold a few properties and this time using a female Sales Agent, we felt we were guided well and the communication levels were always clear. Kate made the buying process exciting and uncomplicated. We would recommend Kate to all our friends and family.
Kate was the perfect Agent! Kate went above and beyond to help us with selling our home, she provided advice, support, and insightful information, and delivered it in an honest, upfront and friendly manner. No question was too small or too silly to ask. Kate guided us through the process with motivation and genuine care. I actually will miss chatting with her on a regular basis! Overall a very positive experience - We highly recommend! Thank you Kate.
