Kate Spence – Belle Property Kate was reliable, honest, and went above and beyond to achieve a great result with the sale of my home. She arranged all the quotes and project-managed the work needed to get the property ready — I couldn’t thank her more. Her dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Outstanding communication, sales strategy and help with recommending and organising trades to prepare the property for sale to maximise the price. The price obtained was well in excess of expectations.
Sharon, Sarah and Kate are an amazing team! Kate's no nonsense and hands on approach is refreshing. she is there for you every step of the way. Even though I have bought and sold many properties, she made sure that I was always kept up to date and informed. The team work hard for you, and I can highly recommend them to anyone!!! A very happy client.
Very pleased with the sale of our home in Blaxland through Belle Property Lower Blue Mountains. Both Kate and Chris have been great to deal with and achieved a great sale price, well above what other agents had indicated, really showcases their longterm knowledge and experience within the Lower Blue Mountains.
I’ve been very happy with the attention given to me by Kate and other Belle employees. Great, friendly communication and all questions answered in a timely manner . I’m also very happy because l now have a home
Kate absolutely nailed it. Her years of experience and deep understanding of the local market were key to the success of my sale. She priced the home perfectly, leading to several busy open homes and three serious bidders—all within just a couple of weeks. I’m confident we achieved the best possible price, especially when similar homes are still sitting unsold months later. Kate and her business partner Chris worked seamlessly together. Their strategy was smart, their communication clear and timely, and they handled everything with a calm professionalism that made a very stressful situation much easier for me. Selling a family home is never easy, but Kate and Chris made the whole process feel smooth, supported, and in very capable hands. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!
I only have words of praise for Chris & Kate from Belle Property. Our home sold within 2 weeks of the 1st open house. The sale price was in the higher range of their evaluation which was an excellent & pleasing result. Chris & Kate are passionate about their business & they go above and beyond to care for their clients. I have the no hesitations in recommending them to anyone; absolute pleasure to deal with. Rube
We recently bought a property through Kate. She was incredibly helpful with the process. Her communication was very fast and informative. We would definitely recommend Belle Property and will keep in contact with Kate for future purchases/sales.
What can one say about this amazing team (Belle Lower Blue Mountains) from our first contact meeting Sharon in the offices, her understanding and willingness to help us out, was very reassuring. Then we met Chris and Kate, what a team, honest, friendly and differently understood the market and what we could except when selling our home. If you are looking for a professional team, with warmth and extensive expertise in the property market, then Belle Lower Blue Mountains has got you covered On behalf of my husband and I thank you for making our next adventure come true Ray & Rhonda
