Selling an investment property which had been a long term rental property, which needed some tlc and a bit of a face lift was always going to be a challenge. To add to that challenge, I now live many hours away from the property and couldn't make the time to prepare the property for sale myself or to know which people in the area could do what needed to be done in a timely manner. Without me even having to visit the property, Kate organised the repairs as well as several enhancements which increased the property’s appeal and its value. She then dealt with the tyre kickers and helped me through the sale process including dealing with some questionable tactics from the prospective buyers.
