We have now sold twice through Kate, and purchased once. There isn’t any other agent that we would consider dealing with. In fact, with our most recent sale we didn’t bother to “interview” any other agents. Kate is a breath of fresh air in the real estate market. Honest, up-front, successful and ethical. Everything you want in an agent. We made the decision to sell our home in 2020 and while we prepared it for the market, Covid hit. Kate has apparently been selling properties for almost thirty years. Recently she managed to sell my mother’s property in the inner West in the midst of a dead coronavirus-ravaged market, and she did it by understanding the psychology of the market, and the psychology of the seller. Kate worked with my mum (who is elderly) with a mix of compassion, deep knowledge of her profession and determination, and achieved the result. When she described it as a ‘team effort’ she wasn’t kidding, but we were absolutely astonished by the result and the sale price. I cannot recommend Kate highly enough.
