From the time we looked at the house on line a number of times, then a drive past, sidewalk appeal was just right, flat block, no stairs it was time to ring Kate. We met Kate at the appointed time, at the house, from our initial meeting you felt like you had known her for years, with her warm happy smile you just felt this was going to be a great experience.
