It was a pleasure to purchase our home through Kate. Kate demonstrated sound market knowledge and was extremely personable, friendly and professional. Kate went over and above her required duties to help us through a challenging settlement. Since purchasing our home we have invited Kate to appraise the current value. Once again, Kate was extremely helpful and she will definitely be our agent of choice when we next sell. Thank you so much Kate.
It was no accident Kate Wise was my agent. Kate is sought after in town and her reputation precedes her. I hand picked Kate as she has always strived for excellence, no matter what she does. Kate was required to carry boots and jeans with her all the time to sell my property. Kate had to trek through rough terrain, bush and creeks. This was required to show rare, unique and picturesque spots on the property. Kate always returned my calls. Kate is exceptional in what she does for you as your agent. Ray White Surfside is very fortunate to have Kate. I have known Kate for many years, she aims for perfection and settles for nothing less. Kate is always well groomed, ready and eager for any challenge. I commend her effort and her results speak for themselves. Thank you Kate for selling my 100 acres at 241 Evans Lane in Milton. I will not use anyone else for future sales.
My wife and I purchased a property in Narrawallee through Kate Wise, she was fantastic to deal with. Kate was extremely efficient and easy to deal with. Kate has an intimate knowledge of the area and the market. Kate also provided my wife and I with up to date information during the recent fires as she is aware we don't live in the area. This wasn't part of the sales process and demonstrates the sort of person Kate is, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent buying or selling. We will certainly use her again and I have several times recommended her personally to family and friends.
Buying real estate can be really stressful. It was my first purchase and I was doing it alone. Kate was so professional. She dressed immaculately, was always punctual and polite. At all times Kate kept lines of communication open. She was willing to discuss issues at any time of day and contacted the vendor, several times, to clarify any of my concerns. Kate’s market knowledge was second to none. Having lived in the area all her life, Kate recognised the needs of the people in the region. She knew most of the community, had a deep respect for it, and therefore ensured everything was totally transparent. I wouldn’t choose another agent if I had to deal in real estate again. Kate is second to none. She made my whole experience fun!
We have both purchased and sold property with Kate, Kate was alway’s contactable and available for any queries we may have had, the sale of our house was an emotional one and Kate’s empathetic yet very professional way of dealing with every aspect of the sale was extremely appreciated , Kate is very knowledgeable with years of experience which really shines through in her totally committed approach , and she really cares . The whole process from the first contact to the end result was seamless and easily exicuted with the best results we could have wished for, Kate is an amazing agent she’s completely honest and a “real people person “ I would recommend her 100 percent ...
Right from the start Kate was all over it. She helped us buy our villa in Mollymook Beach and down the track when we wanted to sell, it was a no brainer...ring Kate. Bubbly, friendly, super helpful and good at her job. What's not to love. She even used to go to our place when we couldn't be there and water the indoor plants for us. I am happy to say that in our dealings with Kate we have blurred the lines between Agent and Client and we are comfortable in saying Kate is now a friend who helps us buy and sell property. If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent in the Ulladulla region then don't hesitate, ring Kate, you won't regret it.
I have had a number of dealings with real estate agents over the years and I can say without any hesitation that Kate has been by far the very best. Her performance throughout the whole process was very personal, very professional and I cannot praise her or thank her enough. The advertising. open house and were excellent. More importantly was her understanding of the real estate market by which a accurate price on the house could be achieved. I was fully informed of every stage during the sale period. Thanks Kate for everything
Right from day one everything was explained in detail and the communication during the the short sale time was fantastic. Successful sale at a very good price. Highly recommended
Kate has been involved in the sale of two properties and we have found her to be very capable in both our dealings with her. She displays a very good understanding of our local real estate and is very thorough in her preparation of the properties for sale. She is also extremely conscious of the vendor's needs. In addition, her manner and overall presentation is first class and we have had absolutely no hesitation in engaging her to arrange the sale of our current home.
Kate was professional in all aspects whilst selling my home she was prompt and respectful to my needs and had a world of real estate experience that suited my needs I couldn’t fault her
Would definitely work again with Kate as our agent. She is extremely experienced and very approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and Kate dealt with everything to make our experience hassle free. We would recommend Kate as your agent to everyone.
Kate sold our home in a very depressed market. Kate did very well to obtain the price that we asked
