When choosing an agent to sell our house we wanted someone with experience & knowledge of the property market specifically in North Bondi, someone who would be calm & positive in their communication with us, someone who understood what selling the home meant to us & someone who would advise us at each step of the selling process but also take the time to listen to us. We found Ric Serrao & Kate Woods perfectly fitted whom we wanted, professional, humble, genuine & sincere. During the campaign we were informed via text of the advertised open for inspections & when private viewings were requested, which were also advertised as extra inspections. Each week an incredibly detailed vendor report was emailed, combined with a phone meeting. They were always at call if we needed to speak. We chose to proceed to auction which turned out to be the best decision.
