I met with Kate at one of the open houses in North Bondi and subsequently bid for the house I inspected. I highly admired the professionalism that Steve and Kate demonstrated in the process. When I started selling the unit, I reached out to Steve and Kate and engaged them as the sales agent. Throughout the whole campaign, Kate managed the vendor and purchaser relationships successfully every step of the way. She was always very responsive when there was any communication required. She has also identified any gaps and improvements required on the property that could potentially impact the sale and immediately resolved the issues. As a result, Steve and Kate have achieved great results, considering the cooled down market. I will highly recommend Steve and Kate for any property related services.
